You think a girl who, as a baby, was propped up next to a pitcher of beer at the bowling alley each week might have learned something about proper form or technique by watching her parents… not this girl. We all have our strengths, bowling is not mine. And to answer the boy’s question… Yes it is possible to score only 49 points in a game, even when using the bumpers. My BFF and I were a team and, according to the boy, 49 was our final score.  I didn’t see it, so I expect a rematch. (We weren’t really that bad Keri, were we?)

The end of our Spring Break was much better than the beginning. A day of Rock and Bowl with a few of my favorite girls made everything better! ~ Chocolate chip cookies & girlfriends truly are the best remedies in life!

I’m booked with cookie orders again. It’s hard for me to say no to people asking for cute little chickies and bunnies. These cookies were part of the first batch of spring cookies I’ve done. I’ll be making these hatching chick cookies again this year too. I loved those little guys. In addition to cookie making, I need to find time to squeeze in a little party planning. Our annual Easter Egg Hunt After Dark party is next Friday night, and Easter brunch with family and friends is at our house Easter morning. Spring traditions make me almost as happy as girlfriends and chocolate chip cookies!
