Just so everyone’s clear, I don’t do scary – no horror films, no Knott’s Scary Farm, no scary costumes, no scary decor. I don’t understand the thrill of having something or someone scare the heck out of me. How is that supposed to be fun? I will, however, make one exception…these spooky cocktails. There are so many fun cocktail options for October that I couldn’t settle on just one this week. I’ve been intrigued by the black vodka for a few years now and this may be the year I break down and try it. If I had my choice, I’d pick the Pina Ghoulada over the rest of these concoctions. The Vampire’s Kiss is a close second . I’ll leave the brain hemmorage for the rest of you. That’s where I draw the line! I have a lot more Halloween cocktails to share before the 31st, some a bit more frightful, others perfect for all of the scaredy cats (self-included).
