Slumdog Millionaire Martini – An Award Winning Cocktail!

The Slumdog Millionaire Martini, formerly known as the Millertini, was created by a great mixologist Grant Miller, husband of Lori Miller.  The Academy Awards are less than a week away and there is a lot of hype about who will be taking home those beautiful statues. This Monday’s martini is the signature cocktail for my mom’s annual Academy Awards Dinner because like the movie, it is a sure winner! (Thanks Grant!!)

My mom has an amazing Academy Awards party each year. If you’re following the blog, you know that this year she added a twist to the party.  The Academy Awards party is really the follow-up party to her Golden Globe/Biggest Loser party. Come back this week to hear all about her party plans and to get a sneak peek at the delicious recipes she’ll be serving. And to those of you who were lucky enough to get an invite to this party…Happy Dieting for the final week!
