Whipped cream and vodka… two words that make me happy! When I saw Pinnacle’s Whipped Cream Flavored Vodka, I had to have it and wasn’t disappointed. I’m not one of those liquor snobs purists who looks down upon the novelty spirits world. Cupcake Wine, Cotton Candy Vodka, White Chocolate Liqueur… you all are invited to my happy hours. Really, how much fun would a trip to BevMo be if there wasn’t an entire aisle of vodka to enjoy?
I’m not going to go as far as to recommend doing shots of whipped cream vodka (unless you are under 30), but I do think this has a lot of potential with a variety of different mixers. Once you open the bottle, just inhale deeply for a few minutes. I’m not sure how they did that. The scent of whipped cream is heavenly. Unlike one of the product’s reviewers claim, this is not just vanilla vodka with a catchy label on it.
Mixed with orange juice and a little pineapple juice, this tastes exactly like an Orange Julius. It even gets a little frothy once shaken and poured. This is the kind of drink that begs you to sneak it into the community pool to enjoy while the kids are keeping themselves busy in the water (not that I would ever advocate sneaking adult beverages into community pools). But if you do, please do not pour this into a plastic red cup, that just screams, “Mom who drinks before 4PM,” and you don’t need that reputation, do you? Shake it up at home. Pour it into a clear plastic Starbucks cup, and I promise no one will even suspect (not that I’ve ever done this).
It’s still to be determined if whipped cream vodka will have a permanent place in my liquor cabinet. It could just be a summer fling. Time will tell. What I do know is more whipped cream cocktails are in our near future!
Here’s a ton of recipes with whipped cream vodka from Pinnacle’s website.
Cheers to my first full week of summer!
Have a great week everyone!
All-Grown-Up Orange Juice
6 oz. Orange juice (I used pulp-free)
2 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka
Splash of Pineapple juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake, pour, enjoy!

I bought a bottle of this Friday night. We mixed it with Diet Coke, but I plan on mixing it with either orange juice or Sunkist this coming weekend. It was great! Tasted just like whipping cream.

LOVE that vodka. And LOVE all your creativity with it! I’m pretty generic and just put some in rootbeer or orange soda!
I LOVE whipped cream vodka!!! It’s has become one of my favorite liquers. I recently had it with Rootbeer. Totally tasted like a rootbeer float! Yumm-O!

I absolutely love what they have been with vodka lately – it’s like a booze renaissance. Pinnacle’s Cotton Candy Vodka is definitely worth trying – even though it sounds a little weird at first
. The cotton candy martini rocks!
I got bout and entire bottle down of this, only bout 2 shots left. Its not very good as a shot, but a decent mixer. I still got 2 bottles of it to open so after i decide to put them down I should know this vodka pretty good.
